Our Unique Approach to Healing

Texas Safe Sofa doesn’t follow the rules—because the rules were never built for people like us. We don’t offer clinical sessions, awkward silences, or prescription pads. What we offer is real-life survival coaching from someone who’s lived the nightmare and crawled out of it, battle-scarred but stronger.

This isn’t textbook therapy. This is raw connection. It’s cussing, crying, venting, and gut-level honesty. It's 2 a.m. breakdowns, relapse confessions, and finally facing the truth without fear of judgment. We don't tiptoe around triggers—we rip the bandage off, because healing starts with truth, not avoidance.

We coach like we’re your best friend who never left your side. We’re not here to pacify you—we’re here to push you through the hard days, celebrate the wins, and walk with you when you want to give up. Whether you're the one in recovery or the loved one trying to understand it all, you’ve got someone here who gets it.

This is not therapy. This is real-life coaching for real-life pain—and it might just save your life.

One-on-One Coaching: Real Talk. Real Support.

Just one-on-one, straight-up support by phone, text, or email—whenever you need it. We’ll talk goals, triggers, survival tactics, and how to rebuild from rock bottom. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to show up.

You're not alone. I’ll help you find the fight in you again.

Intervention Services

Interventions: The Hardest Love You’ll Ever Show

An intervention isn’t just a meeting. It’s war — a collision between love, truth, and the deadly grip of addiction. It’s a moment where families step into the fire together, not with sympathy that enables, but with strength and empathy that demands change.

You need to be prepared for what’s coming. This is not clean. It’s not quiet. It’s not calm. Interventions can rip open wounds that have been hidden for years. Your loved one may come in high. They may curse, yell, storm out, or throw every word they know will cut you to pieces. They may look you in the eye and deny they have a problem. They may try to manipulate you into guilt.

And it will hurt — because that’s your baby, your child, your sibling, your spouse. A mother will feel it deepest. She carried this child into the world, prayed for them, dreamed for them, and now has to stand and face them at their darkest. That weight is unbearable, but it is necessary.

Here’s the truth: addiction is not a choice. It is a disease. Your loved one is not their addiction — but right now, their addiction is calling the shots. They are at war with demons that are bigger than them. And they cannot win this alone.

An intervention is not about shaming them. It is not about breaking them down. It is about showing them that your love is strong enough to say no more. It’s about saying:

  • We will no longer enable the disease.

  • We will no longer look the other way.

  • We love you enough to stand firm even when it hurts like hell.

It takes strength. It takes battle scars. It takes love that refuses to quit. You will walk away shaken, but you will also walk away knowing you fought for them.

Because at the end of the day, an intervention is proof that love is tougher than addiction.

We provide compassionate, structured intervention support to help families take action. Includes travel, a 12-hour minimum booking, and a one-on-one family session to create a clear plan for your loved one. No two people are the same, so my Intervention and Support packages are  customized to fit your needs.

Support for Families and Friends

Supporting an addict isn’t just hard—it’s war. We help families and loved ones face the manipulation, lies, guilt trips, and emotional chaos that come with loving someone in active addiction. At Texas Safe Sofa, we give you the tools to stop enabling, set real boundaries, and protect your own mental health. You’ll learn what works, what doesn’t, and how to survive the storm without losing yourself in it. Because loving them shouldn't mean destroying you.

Lived Experience: A Different Kind of Support

At The Safe Sofa, our approach isn't about traditional qualifications. While we are not a licensed therapy, not a physician and not giving medical advise; Our unique selling point: Where Lived Experience Replaces a License for the REAL life shit. We offer guidance born from personal experience. Having lived the struggle and emerged stronger, we coach people toward a life they want to live, helping them break free from destructive cycles. We offer a different kind of support, one that's rooted in understanding, empathy, and the knowledge that comes from walking the path of recovery.

"I'm tired of watching people suffer in silence because they can’t afford to heal. Somewhere along the way, money became more important than the soul of a human—and that’s bullshit. I’m here to flip that narrative. Your well-being should come before anyone’s paycheck, and that’s exactly what Texas Safe Sofa stands for."
